We had listed a commercial unit with Phil in November with a three week marketing plan culminating in a private treaty in early December. Phil was energetic and innovative in his thinking and although our property was a small sale ($304,000) by comparison with most of the sales Bayleys undertakes, you would have not known it with dealing with Phil.
